Profile Picture – Top 10 List

It was my job, for a time, to photograph and retouch an internal directory of over 60 portraits. One thing I’ve heard from everyone, “I hate having my picture taken”. Even the people eveyone thought to be beautiful thought they had BIG problems. What is it that makes some people look so good on camera? In my opinion, it’s a certain comfort with oneself, in the body language, or through the face, that’s what people find attractive in portraiture, and that’s what works best for profile pics. Remember, what you do in your picture can live on forever (I’m sort of joking), so be really serious.
